Kris is a life coach. What does a life coach do? Life Coaching is a Proactive Optimistic process that moves people forward in life and work. One thing that Kris’s clients have in common is a strong desire to succeed in life and work. She helps provide strategic tools and skill sets to get the results you are aiming for!
She has been a Professional Certified Life Coach for 12 years. Besides personal coaching, she also provides Soft Skills Training, and Workshops and Seminars. I got to sit down with Kris and ask her a few questions about who she is and what she does! If you ever get a chance to go see her speak, I highly recommend it! What makes you different from others in your field?
I am the only life coach in our area that is certified by the Academy of Coaching Excellence, and credentialed by the International Coach Federation. The International Coach Federation (ICF) is the leading global organization dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high standards, providing independent certification and building a worldwide network of trained coaching professionals. I earned my PCC or professional certified coach status through training, education, and testing.
Who is your biggest fan?
I would say it was a past client of mine who just absorbed all I could give them. It is the ultimate praise to know that someone I helped is out there championing for me.
What is the most favorite project you’ve worked on?
I was asked to travel to Stockholm Sweden with the CEO of the Academy of Coaching Excellence to train other Life coaches in Stockholm, Turkey and England. It was a great honor to be part of that event.
Any exciting news you’d like to share with readers?
I have been asked to speak at the Nebraska Chamber of Commerce Statewide conference that brings in Executives and CEOs from across Nebraska on Friday, April 20th.
The Crete Chamber of Commerce is hosting this Conference and it was because of my relationship with their Director that I was asked to speak. Wow! The Power of Relationship.
Where do you see your business in 3 years?
I hope to still be going strong, doing what I love. I hope I can still be making a difference in other’s lives.
Is this a full time business for you?
No. Although I work a lot, I also love being able to be a wife, a grandma, and active member of my church. My husband and I love to travel and fish!
